Scott Schankweiler

Founder & President

As Founder and President, Scott serves to lead and inspire every employee to deliver great work. Scott is known for his integrity and excellent people skills. He is fueled by his affinity for building strong teams and developing top-notch professionals in every area of the business. On a daily basis, he is active in every key aspect of Critical Peake’s overall growth, strategic operations, and customer relationships.

Scott has extremely strong competitive roots in the highest levels of collegiate and professional athletics. After completing his studies at the University of Maryland in 1985, and leading his team to four consecutive bowl games, Scott went on to play in the NFL with the Buffalo Bills. Scott’s competitive background has helped him build a very successful career in sales and management in the construction services industry. Outside of the office, Scott enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering at his church, boating on the Chesapeake, golfing, and watching football.

Richard McNulty

Founder & CEO

As Founder and CEO, Rich is responsible for ensuring Critical Peake’s employees are engaged to their highest potential, exposed to new opportunities, and work in an environment where initiative is valued and originality is encouraged.

Rich makes certain that the company works as a cohesive team focused on achieving common goals through clear communication. He works closely with staff members striving for their continuous improvement and success. Rich also assesses new markets, working with the management team to find Critical Peake’s next strategic opportunity.

After college, Rich began his professional career in the construction service industry. With over 30 years of experience, he has continued to build strong customer relationships and set high customer service standards for the entire CPS team. In his free time, you will find Rich hiking in the mountains or enjoying some sunshine on the Chesapeake Bay.

Cheryl Richardson

Controller

As Critical Peake’s Controller, Cheryl supervises the accounting and administrative staff in areas including, but not limited to: reporting, human resources, banking, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, debt collection, customer and vendor applications, insurance management, fleet management, vendor credentialing, and licensing.

Cheryl brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her position at CPS. She has been an integral part of growing CPS and successfully managing the administrative staff to support our clients. Cheryl’s previous experiences working with OmegaCor Technologies, Lax World Inc, Lax World of Annapolis, Espire Communications, Prudential Real Estate, Merrill Lynch Reality, and Koons Ford Annapolis have prepared her for the fast-pace and customer service focused model that CPS strives for.

In her free time, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her family and taking trips to the beach.

Regina Nokes

Branch Manager

With over 8 years in the electrical services business, Gina has been an integral part of the growth at CPS. As Branch Manager, Gina works closely with our electrical estimators and electricians to coordinate work. She makes sure our customers receive great quality service from our licensed professionals. She oversees daily operations and strives to make our customer’s experience a great one. Her expertise and excellent customer service skills play a critical role in the success of all electrical projects. As a leader at Critical Peake Electrical Services, she is committed to delivering top-notch services and ensuring client satisfaction.

In her free time, Gina enjoys camping, spending time with her family, riding her Harley through the country, and volunteering at local events.

Riley McNulty

Riley McNulty

Regional Manager

Critical Peake Electrical Services is excited to introduce Riley McNulty as the Regional Manager of our new Richmond, VA office. Riley brings a wealth of managerial experience to Critical Peake’s VA territory, having recently received the Coast Guard Commendation medal for outstanding achievement while serving as Direct-Action Assault Force Commander of the Maritime Security Response Team West.

Riley graduated from The United States Coast Guard Academy, and served in Key West, FL where he was responsible for all facets of patrol planning, mission execution, & intel collection. He then served in San Diego, CA as a U.S. Coast Guard Deployable Specialized Forces Officer where he gained managerial experience working in maritime interdiction operations, counter-terrorism, specialized operations, counter-narcotics, and defense readiness operations.

Angie Schankweiler

Customer service specialist

Angie works closely with our clients to ensure job satisfaction. She is task-oriented and a master problem solver. Angie’s professionalism, energy, and positivity while communicating with customers is always appreciated. Angie is in constant contact with our electrical team and clients to provide outstanding customer service and quality control. She strives to enhance customer relationships and provide positive experiences.

In her free time, you’ll find Angie volunteering at her church, spending time with family, and kayaking on the Chesapeake Bay.

Robert Burns

Director, Human Resources

As Director of Human Resources, Robert oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development to ensure a productive and engaged workforce at Critical Peake Electrical Services (CPS). He develops and implements HR policies, compensation structures, and compliance programs to align with Critical Peake’s goals and legal requirements. Additionally, Robert plays a strategic role in fostering company culture, diversity, and leadership development to support long-term business growth.

Robert has experience in supporting the overall growth and expansion of prior organizations, including a near doubling of the size of the workforce in a few short years. Additionally, he has extensive experience in the implementation and maintenance of multiple systems for personnel management and has led prior organizations through several successful labor and compliance audits. Robert holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland-Baltimore County. He is a Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and an Economics of Mutuality (EoM) certified practitioner.

Electrical Estimation Team

Our team of licensed electrical estimators bring a wealth of knowledge to the industry. Their expertise spans various critical elements of construction for both commercial and industrial projects. Our electrical estimators contribute significantly to project success by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring competitive bids. As leaders at Critical Peake Services, they are committed to delivering top-notch services and ensuring client satisfaction.
